I will be hosting our annual New Year's club ride to Seeley Lake Montana the week between Christmas and New Years. Seeley Lake Montana has an annual average snow fall of 114" inches in town and is at an elevation of 4400 feet. Some riding will reach elevations of 8,000 feet.
Everyone can arrive and head home on their own schedule. some members will be arriving Wednesday December 26th and staying all week, and others may not arrive until Thursday or Friday. Everyone is responsible for arranging their own transportation and lodging, however I highly encourage you to stay with us in town at the Seeley Lake Motor Lodge . They have 20 standard rooms, some have single beds and others have two beds. They also have one suite with a kitchen and bedroom. All rooms have Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, and a small fridge. Please visit their website Seeley Lake Motor Lodge for details. You must call them directly (406) 677-2335 to book your room. Mention you are with the Sno-Jammers. There is no online reservations. I recommend calling them ASAP, as we already have several rooms booked and we have people coming that are not in our club, so rooms are filling up fast. In addition, there are several other lodging options in and around the area if you find you want something different, or if they run out of rooms at the Seeley Lake Motor Lodge.
This Motel is right in town on Highway 83 and everyone will be able to ride their sleds directly from the Motel to get gas, food, and access to hundreds of miles of groomed trails. There is a gas station and grocery store down the street and you can ride your snowmobiles in and around town.
This ride is for everyone and anyone whoever wants to go. The snow is supposed to be absolutely Awesome!!! it can get very cold there, which makes the snow very powdery. There is over 360 miles of groomed trails and tons of back country riding. There will be riding for all experience levels, from flat land trail riding, to scenic view rides, to rolling open hills, to back country boondocking and more technical riding for those who want a challenge. I plan on doing a trail ride to another small town (Orvando) that has food and fuel about 35 miles away.
Please contact me for additional information or if you have questions. you can call, or text me at 253-297-1774 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you, and I really hope to see everyone join in on this club ride!
